L.A. indie darlings Local Natives have released the first single from their highly anticipated second album ‘Hummingbird‘. The album is out on January 29 on Frenchkiss. The National’s Aaron Dessner co-produced the new album, bringing the group to his New York home studio and their signature sound can be found all over the single ‘Breakers‘.
The track is chockful of soaring harmonies and a real blunderbus of a chorus that leaves no mistake that this is a band who are going to establishing a serious foothold in 2012. The track was released on on youtube on thursday .
