The Kerbdog machine is on the road again. The lads are playing a sold out show in Cyprus Avenue Saturday night. If you’re lucky enough to have a ticket then you’re in for a treat as the seminal 90s rockers will be taking a trip down memory lane playing a selection of their back catalogue .
The threepiece made a serious dent in the Irish music landscape back in the 90s before spliting in 1998, going on to form Wilt, and then reforming for a number of live shows since 2005. It’s 15 years since the release of their signature album ‘On the Turn’ and they’re threatening to blow the roof off Cyprus Avenue saturday night in what is going to be their first show on Leeside in manies the year. So grab your mosher gear and get ready to relive the glory days of 90s Irish rock in what promises to be an amazing night.
I caught up with stickman Darragh Butler last month for a few words on how they were doing and what it was like to reforming the band and going out on the road again.
